The holidaymaker will browse through the site & view the description & photos of your property.
If the holidaymaker wants to make a booking, he / she can choose to either call or email you DIRECTLY.
You contact the holidaymaker DIRECTLY, to secure the booking.
Once a booking is secured you can login to the site & update your calendar on-line. This will cut down on the number of duplicate enquiries.
You can log on to the site as often as you want to changing details, photos, prices, availabily of your property.

Click the Advertise button and then click subscribe to advertise your property/ies on our site. You can pay by all major debit or credit cards via our secure system. Or email us at holidaysundirect@gmail.com and we will send you and invoice via email.

If you have more than one property We will only charge you £25 for each second property advertised. Agents please contact us for prices.

The renter will then pay us the securing deposit of 10% once this has been paid; we then put you in touch with the renter DIRECTLY for you to continue the booking. The 10% securing deposit is our fee for your advertisement; you therefore only pay once we have put you in touch with a renter. You therefore have nothing to lose by advertising your property on holiday Sun Direct. No sale by you then no fee to us.
We will log into your property page once the deposit has been received and update your availability on your behalf. This will cut down on the number of duplicate enquiries
