Please Note that only paying advertisers have direct access via a login and password to their properties. Free advertisers update their details via Holiday Sun Direct by email or in writing. It is essential that you update or confirm your availability regularly. This will not only stop Holiday Sun Direct but also yourselves getting unnecessary enquiries. Please do not mark your dates as available if they are booked. This is wasting time and money of a potential renter or us at Holiday Sun Direct. It also undermines the credibility of the whole site. So please, don't misuse the system. If we suspect that an advertiser is doing this, we reserve the right to take actions to prevent it. Keep rental rates current: You can enter your rental rates as often as you may amend them. The rates you enter are specific to dates in a given year. Please keep your rental rates current. Update Your Advert Text & Pricing On-line. Using the login area you are able to change/add, your text, availability and pricing as often as you like. (Paying advertisers only get a login) Is your Advert going to be FREE or Paying? If you would like us to advertise your property for FREE you will have exactly the same advert as paying advertisers, the difference being is that we at holidaysundirect.com take the booking on your behalf if you are a FREE advertiser, and the deposit of 10% is our fee to retain. By registering and advertising your property with us for free, you are acepting to pay us atomatically 10% of each rental we pass on to you via holidaysundirect.com. You therefore only pay if you take a booking, and therefore have nothing to lose at all. No booking No FEE. and this is your agreement with us to advertise your property free of charge until we receive a booking for you collecting and retaining 10% of the booking fee.
How can I pay for my advertising? It is easiest for you to use our secure online systems to pay for your advertising.
Our preferred card is a debit card e.g. Switch. You can also pay by MasterCard or Visa. Or by cheque. We also accept cheques in British Pounds drawn on a UK bank. Cheques should be made payable to Holiday Sun
How much will it cost me? For all first time advertisers we are offering an introduction price of just £33 for an entire year. We are sure that you will not find a better rate? So put Holiday Sun Direct to the test at just £33 to increase your holiday lets. Advertisers selling their properties A one off fee of £99 until your property is sold. This is tremendous value as your property can be seen world wide for this fee for 365 days per year. If you have more than one property to advertise, the second property is just £50. Receiving booking enquiries How do I receive booking enquiries? Visitors to the site will contact us initially if you are a FREE advertiser and we will then contact you on the renters behalf. For paying advertisers, visitors who are interested in booking your property can contact you via the enquiry form at the bottom of your property page or by telephone by fax or by e-mail directly to you. How do I know I am receiving all my e-mail booking enquiries? In short, you cannot be sure. On the pretext of protecting you against spam, Internet Service Providers (ISP's) can block e-mails without you or us knowing about it. What if the person making the enquiry puts in the wrong details? Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that. We receive exactly the same information as you do. If some one puts the wrong e-mail address or the wrong telephone number on the booking enquiry form, there is nothing we can do to check it. If I advertise more than one property do I have to pay for each property? The answer to this is yes but at a reduced rate. For the second property it will be £25 per year, for a third property it is £20 per year thereafter it is just £15 per property for a yearly advert. How can I tell if the enquiry is genuine? Because with free advertising, we collect the deposit up front which is non refundable to the renter. You therefore know the booking is genuine and secure. This way also safeguards you from fraud, as the renter does not receive your details until we have received their deposit. For paying advertisers: The vast majority of visitors to the Holidaysundirect.com site are genuine people looking for a holiday home. You can give them the first hand information that they need. .
