The bungalow apartment stands in beautiful tropical gardens and walkways overhung with plants and flowers and comes under urban planning controls of Costa del Silencio which sates that there can be no high rise blocks or hotels in the area.

The Apartment has one bedroom with two single beds. The bedroom is fitted wall to wall with wardrobes dressing table and cupboards. The bedroom has large patio windows opening onto the private patio which has table and chairs for dinning al fresco.

The lounge area has two 2 seater settees, a coffee table and a sideboard with a Hi Fi. A pleasant carpet adorns the floor; there is a digital TV with a video and a selection of films. From the lounge large patio windows again lead you onto the patio, from here stairs lead you up to your own private sun roof with two sun loungers a table and chairs for al fresco dinning.

Tenerife is just four hours and 15 minutes flying time from the UK. The island is drenched in sunshine all year round. With its position off the coast of Morocco the yearly average temperature is around 23C. Although Tenerife is closer to Africa than Spain the atmosphere and the lifestyle is truly Spanish. Tenerife has two weather climates. The island is separated by Mount Teide which is Spain?s highest mountain. The North of the island is cooler and is lush and green, while the South is more desert-like.

 

All of the walkways lead to the complexes three swimming pools. The main pool has extensive sunbathing areas. There is a poolside bar for drinks and also the palour where you can have breakfasts, lunches, and afternoon teas. There is a very good mini market on the complex selling British groceries, run by a Spanish lady who keeps the prices very reasonable

The fishing village of Las Galleatos is a 15 minute stroll. There is also the promenade with its bars and restaurants, and the beautiful harbour, nature trails and stunning cliff top walks. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment you will find an array of shops, bars, supermarkets, and restaurants of all nationalities. The local bus service stopping just three minutes walk from the apartment is excellent. The buses cover most parts of the island with very reasonable fares, taking you to Playa Americas or los Christianos in around 30 minutes. If you are intending to do a lot of sightseeing purchase a travel card it?s much cheaper.

A walk away of around ten minutes takes you to the beautiful Atlantic coastline of Amarila Bay with its rocky shoreline and nature trails and walks. Here the water is crystal clear and is used by scuba divers and snorkellers.  

The village has a wealth of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.  At night it is lively and the promenade is lit up giving a romantic feel with the sunset across the harbour.  

Las Galleatos a medium size village is now more of a town being an easy 15 minute stroll away. On the way you could stop of at the Ten Bell Shopping Centre for a drink or to visit the many shops to purchase a bargain or two.
