Set in beautiful surroundings, the security entrance leads you into the marbled floor apartment with its tasteful furnishings & decor. With the added benefit of cool or warm air-conditioning. There are two large bedrooms & two bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer & the all-important dishwasher. The living/dining area has satellite TV with all your regular programmes. There is also a DVD player & a music centre. An open fire for those who visit in the winter! The well furnished sun terrace, which enjoys not only the wonderful sunshine but also views to the gardens. The mountains & sea can be seen in the distance. There are two swimming pools within the gardens. One pool is heated from October - May. There is a portable TV in one bedroom & a music centre in the other. The apartment is walking distance from the beach, Shops, Restaurants, bars and banks and yet in a nice quiet location.

Winter Breaks

Estepona is one of the most southerly locations in Europe, enjoying some of the warmest weather. Instead of being cold, damp and a little miserable in the UK winter, why not try a long and inexpensive holiday here? The cost of food, drink, cigarettes, transport, dining out and practically everything else is cheaper in Spain and although it does rain sometimes, the temperatures are at least 5 degrees hotter. On New Years Eve last year, it was 15 degrees celcius at midnight !! Worth thinking about ? 

Estepona Area

The area is full of interesting and exciting things to do and see. These include excellent golf courses, tennis, water sports, horse riding, fishing, walking, go-karting, para-gliding and even pool and snooker. Traditional bullfighting can be seen at the bull ring. A casino is located 20 minutes away and there are organized trips to watch the dolphins at play off Gibraltar. Arrangements can be made for day trips by coach to Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Seville and even Africa. Selwo Wildlife adventure park is 10 minutes from town.

Weather

On average the Costa-del-Sol is the warmest place in Europe with temperatures 5-10 degrees hotter than the U.K. (Celsius not Fahrenheit). It is normally a pleasant, dry heat.

Other activities:: Sports facilities include a tennis club, putting-green, bowls club, and within a 5-minute drive there are the three golf courses of El Paraiso, Atalaya, Monte Mayor and Marbella Club. A leisurely stroll of about 10 minutes will take you to the sandy beach where apart from sunbathing you can hire jet skis, peddle boats, go on the banana boat or just sit and enjoy a leisurely drink at the beach bar. If the beach is not for you the proximity of the mountains offer many interesting countryside tourist routes. Bena Vista is conveniently situated along the coast road. approximately 50 minutes from Malaga or Gibralta airports. 10 minutes from San Pedro & just 15 minutes from the famous Purto Banus. In the other direction you have the cosmopolitan town of Estepona being 13 kilometres away. There is a good bus-route to all of these places so a car is not essential. The buses are particularly inexpensive. Marbella & Gibralta airports are equidistant; Peurto Banus is 15 minutes away; San Pedro is 10 minutes and 13KM from the Cosmopolitan Estepona.

Transportation/Access: Bena Vista is conveniently situated along the coast road. approximately 50 minutes from both Malaga or Gibraltar airport giving you more choice of flights. Just 5 mins drive from San Pedro & 10 mins from the famous Purto Banus. In the other direction 13 kilometres is the cosmopolitan town of Estepona. There is good public transport to all of these places, including from the airports. We can arrange your flights, car hire or golf green fees.
