New one bedroom apartment in block of nine, in quiet location on the edge of the 'red soil' village of Liopetri, close to the town of Paralimni.
Central for the resorts of Protaras & Ayia Napa.
Fully equipped to a high standard, this apartment is a real home from home.
Laze around on the large private balcony, or when it gets too hot, go and have a dip in the communal pool.
For an evening in - fire up the barbecue and party the night away.
If you smoke please go out on the balcony.
The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
Air conditioning/heating is provided free of charge throughout.
The kitchen has the following:
table & chairs to seat 4 people, a full size oven, halogen hob, and cooker hood, microwave oven, washing machine, iron & board, clothes airer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice making facility, kettle, toaster, saucepans, wok, crockery, cutlery, glasses, and various cooking utensils for all your culinary needs.
In the lounge there is:
Sofa bed & armchair, tv, dvd player with assortment of dvd's, music centre with a selection of cd's for your enjoyment - please feel free to bring your own, card & board games
The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Ample hot water is provided by solar heating with electric back up if necessary.
The bedroom has a double bed, large built in wardrobe, bedside cupboards with lamps, alarm clock/radio for any early morning starts, hairdryer
On the large private balcony there is a table & chairs with parasol to keep off the midday sun. Also a gas barbecue for all those al fresco nights.
All sheets & towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Linen is changed once a week, and the apartment cleaned. Should you wish mid week maid service please see extras below.

Out and About
In order to fully enjoy the surrounding area you will need to hire a car although this is not essential. However rental rates are very reasonable in Cyprus, and they drive on the left with English road signs. With a wealth of history to see it is well worth it.
Liopetri village has a variety of shops, a bank, post office, pharmacy, and a great kebab shop.
The nearby town of Paralimni has a larger selection of shops - even a Marks & Spencer. There is also a large supermarket to provide all your needs.
Potamus Liopetriou is a five minute drive away. This is where the local fishermen bring in their catch - and some say the best fish on the island. If you don't want to cook yourself then try one of the two fish restaurants overlooking the river.
The apartment is central for the resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras so if you fancy stepping up the tempo try out the water parks or various water activities available, or perhaps go out on a boat - to see the sights or catch your tea!
Make a night of it and sample the many restaurants and bars - but make sure you book a taxi home!
Learn to scuba dive in the warm waters of Cyprus (it is cheaper than in the UK)
Hire a bike locally and get some exercise and fresh air.
For something different why not go to the races. Race days are held a couple of times a week in Nicosia (check before you go). Make a day of it and get in some serious shopping therapy in the town, or visit the old quarter for some sight seeing.
Apartment has one double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area to accomodate another two people. Balcony has extensive views over farmland. If you need to smoke please do so outside on the balcony.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
The penthouse is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Sharon says: "I stayed in this apartment in October 2005 with my Husband and three children for two weeks. We all enjoyed the holiday a great deal. Having a pool on site is good news especially with the extra little pool for younger children or non swimmers. Also not having to fight for a sunbed is ideal! Having all the home comforts made such a huge difference. I was able to do all my washing and drying, so no big bags of dirty laundry to take home! The oven actually works too not like the ones you get in some complexes!! Having a dishwasher is great too - no arguing over washing up! The children made their own fun by using the pool or playing hide and seek in the apartment (there are three doors to the balcony so it always ended up in a game of chase!!). Having a TV along with a DVD player was a comfort if we needed to stay in. The children were able to get up in the morning and watch a DVD leaving us to have a lay in!! It is a lovely base for a great family holiday as only minutes drive from all amenities. I would also recommend this apartment for couples as it is lovely and peaceful but not too far away if you want to enjoy night life or go for a meal in the town. I will definitely be taking my family back here again. "
