Set in the centre of the exclusive Coral Bay, a short drive North of Paphos, Villa Ramesses is a superior detached villa offered for rent. Coral Bay boasts one of the best sandy beaches on the island. Built in 2004, Villa Ramesses is one of a development of 12. This villa is situated in Kings Paradise, close to the centre of town. Unlike many other villas described as being in Coral Bay, this villa is a mere 2 minute walk to the many restaurants and shops in the town centre. Due to the relatively small size of the town, it is therefore possible to walk everywhere with ease, and a hire car is not necessary, although it is recommended for exploring !
Coral Bay consists of 3 bays, 2 of which are excellent for swimming with shallow warm water. The best sandy beach can be walked to from the villa in about 5-10 minutes. The 3rd bay is soon to be turned into a marina with capacity for 1,000 yachts. The town consists of numerous shops, restaurants and bars within a short walk from the villa. There are numerous water sports available including scuba diving, jet skiing, wind surfing and waterskiing. 15 minutes away by bus or taxi is the town of Paphos. Here you can find a very boisterous nightlife, archaeological sites such as the ?Tombs of the Kings?, see the Fort at the harbour area and shop until you drop! However the ?beaches? in Paphos are no match for Coral Bay which is the main driving force behind Coral Bay?s success Just North of Coral Bay is a turtle sanctuary which is within easy reach by car (4 wheel drive recommended). Other activities include horse-riding from the stables nearby, go-karting, and trips can be organised to Egypt or Jordan, with boat cruises adaptable to your needs. Day trips are also available to the Troodos Mountains and various temples and monasteries on the island for example.

Living Room Contents: Spacious living/dining area with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs for 6 people. There is a TV and DVD player and a music system including cassette, radio and CD player. Off the living area is a double sized bedroom with en-suite, shower, toilet and washbasin. This room is ideal for anyone with mobility problems. Going up the marble staircase you will find a further 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite bath/shower rooms, toilets and wash basins. Outside facilities: The private pool is approx 8mx4m and comes with the villa. It is regularly cleaned and a careful watch is kept on the chemical balance. There are 6 sun loungers for relaxing around the pool together with tables, chairs and umbrellas. An outdoor fresh water shower is also provided. The pool is illuminated from below the water at night, plus there are night lights situated around the corners of the garden.
