Located in a large village 10 km south of Heraklion, these cottages are
a superb base for explorers. Just a few km from the archaeological
site of Knossos and in one of the largest grape growing regions on the
island, the inquisitive traveller can find excellent local wineries and see
the raisins being sun dried on the hillsides at the right time of year.
There are two houses, one two storey with which will sleep up to 4
people and a single storey house which is ideal for couples. Both have
air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, excellent modern bathroom,
satellite TV, DVD and portable sound system, washing machine,
vacuum cleaner and hair dryer. Internet access and direct dial phone
line are also available and charged locally.
A wonderful, traditional village house with good access to places of
interest and the main road network. In a central position for
discovering both ends of the island.
