Our guests can enjoy the exclusivity of our villa’s private beach and swim in Mirabello Gulf’s transparent waters, which offer a truly
invigorating feeling of serenity and relaxation. The sandy beach is equipped with private shower facility, umbrellas, comfortable sun-
beds and small tables.

Swimming -Pool
Along with the beautiful private beach, you can enjoy the luxury of the villa’s 35m2 private swimming-pool, enjoy relaxation on the
comfortable couches and sun-beds and feel unique moments of serenity and exclusivity. You can also enjoy your breakfast or dinner in
the 8-person dining table on the kitchen’s patio next to the swimming-pool and experience the pleasure of a dream location with a
stunning sea view.

Garden and surrounding area
Another characteristic of the Villa is the 1500 square meters beautifully landscaped garden. A beautiful garden with grass, olive trees,
colorful flowers and plants and smaller rocky-gardens, which are automatically illuminated during the night.

Our guests have at their disposal a 5-space private parking lot with automatic night lightning.
