Overview
This beautiful villa is set in an envious position high on the hillside of the Drapanokefalas Mountain. The views from the property are SPECTACULAR and will take your breath away. The villa sits in half and acre of its own land. Has a private 40 sq metre pool with loungers that look out onto the crystal waters of the Agean Sea, the White Mountains, Souda Bay and across to the Akrotiri penisular. The whole property ouzes peace, tranquility and quality. The descerning client will not be disappointed. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard, with leather settees in the lounge, marble outside tables, crome finishings in the kitchen and beautiful porceline tiles in both shower rooms. No expense has been spared on making this villa stand out.
Accommodation
The villa has 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles and 1 twin. The master bedroom is richly decorated with sumptuous throws, cushions and voiles and also has an wrought iron day bed and room for an addition self inflating single air bed. There is a travel cot for babies. The master room shares a balcony with the twin room which is accesible via french doors - this is a fabulous 1st floor terrace for morning coffee watching the sun rise from the East whilst watching the local shepherd grazing his sheep on the adjacent land. All rooms are fitted with mosquito nets to allow the windows to be open at night if ths is your preference. The villa comfortably sleeps 7 plus one on the air bed plus one baby in the cot. All rooms have beautiful linen, throws and complimenting accessories.
Outside Space
You will not feel cramped in the grounds of this villa! There are 3 outside terraces - one on the first floor, one off of the lounge with a pergola and one undercovered terrace off of the downstairs double bedded room (which has an additional marble table with chairs - fabulous for taking breakfast. The ground immediately around the villa is gravelled with plants and citrus tress dotted around. A large area to the front of the lounge terrace (which is reached by a short set of steps) has a fixed marbled table that sits 8 and over looks the pool. This is a fabulous setting to watch the sun go down in the evening. The pool area is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas and has it's own shower. It's fully enclosed with railings and has envious sea and mountain views. The rest of the property to the front of the pool has been left rural to fit in with the rest of the local landscape. The grounds of this villa are set on difference levels which gives it a grand, yet pleasing look. By the end of 2007 addition stone arches will be in place and traditional local chipped stone steps leading into the pool area and up to the accommodation. A portable ipod station is available for use as well as TV/dvd in ALL bedrooms. Playstation 2 is located in the lounge with a range of games and also supplied is a huge selection of childrens dvd's and a good selection of films for the adults. For pool/beach use there is provided a large number of inflatables, 2 baby/small child life vests, body board, swim goggles, badminton and volleyball sets. For small children there is also games, puzzles and toys. A baby bath, high chair and childs outside table set are also provided.
Sleeping:
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double,1 twin and a cot. The property also has a single sofa bed located in the Master Bedroom (also a single blow up bed can be used in this room). This room gives up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.
Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play radio.
Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Lots of space to escape to another balcony or room for some quiet time. we brought our 2 teenaged boys they loved the ipod docking station,playstation and movies. we could take off to one of the many nearby restuarants for dinner and they were happy to entertain themselves as long as we brought in the food. The temperature was cool so we didn't use the pool but it looked gorgeous, We explored the caves that were used in the second world war just behind the villa and we did alot of day trips. All in all an excellent vacation."
