Villa Rodia is a luxurious construction that offers unique services and conveniences to its guests. The villa has a private pool, a stone barbecue & spacious sitting areas around the pool as well as a wooden kiosque with a large table and benches for evening moments of relaxation with view to the ocean. The villa has been decorated with exquisite lavishness and apart from the central heating system offering hot water all through the day, is also fully air-conditioned and has two beautiful fireplaces made of stone, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The wooden floor and the beautiful stairs that prevail in the three-storey villa, together with the wooden furniture that adorn many corners of the villa, complete the magnificent decoration.
The villa accommodates between 2 and 4 persons in its spacious areas. In the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with sofas in front of the fireplace, a dining table for four, a satellite TV, dvd-player, cd-player and a specially designed corner with a personal computer and fax machine, serving as a small home-office. In the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. The marble bathroom with the shower comprises a washing machine and a hair-dryer. Both bathrooms are equipped with luxurious toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and bathrobes.
In the first floor, the master bedroom has been decorated with particular taste. The charming feeling that prevails is accomplished through the large four-posted bed, the two impressive hand-made armchairs in front of the fireplace as well as the warm light that comes in through the delicate curtains. The mini-bar and the LCD television, as well as the make-up corner with the mirror and the spacious drawers are additional conveniences. The stylish lights made of genuine swarofski crystals as well as the paintings that have been made especially for Rodia Villa complete the picture of elegance.
