Villa Teresa is traditionaly stone built from local quarried stone, it is situated in the quiet small village of Prines with the town of Rethymnon only a ten minute drive, the villa has three bedrooms, which will sleep six in comfort. As the villa is in a village you will need a car, car hire can be arranged locally. ***Now with FREE ADSL internet ***
Ground floor
There is a large living room and dining area that can seat up to 10 people so you can invite friends around. The kitchen is fully fitted including fridgefreezer, full cooker,microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery. Living room, there are two soafers to relax on, a large log fire and satellite tv, also a hi-fi so you can listen to cd's or radio. Bedroom, the ground floor bedroom is air conditioned has a fitted wardrobe and twin single beds, these can be pushed together to make a double using sheets. Toilet and shower. Patio and pool, there is a large patio area with a pool so you can keep cool on hot days and a barbaque.
First floor
Main bedroom, the main bedroom has air conditioning, a fitted wardrobe, and an extra large double bed. Small bedroom, This bedroom also has air conditioning, a fitted wardrobe and bunk beds, great for the kids. Bathroom, Family bathroom with full size bath and shower. Landing, there is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Balcony, the large balcony has sun loungers, a small table with chairs and has stunning veiws of the mountains and surrounding country side.
