Design Villa Lux presents three villas for rent starting first of January 2007 located in the beaufitull area of Greece, 20 minutes from Crete's mayor airport in the city of Hania. The White Palaces were built in 2007 offering it's guests a contemporary Greek experience, shaping a world of architectural creativity and world-class luxory. Setting The White Houses complex area is shaped on a 7000 square meter plot, offering the guests a secluded world of ultimate privacy including a shared tennis court. Each White House villa is built on a 160 metre plot with a private swimmingpool and outdoor facilities including a beaufiful terrace. Views The White Houses are unique holiday rental villas on the edge of the beaufiful beachside offering romantic sunsets. The serene White House Villas can be called extraordinairy and rare to be found anywhere in the world.
Indoor Living
Livingroom The White Houses feature modern designed livingrooms equipped with flatscreen tv's, dvd entertainment system and wireless connection and satellite tvs with over 800 channels and utilize a romantic fireplace and floorheating. The villas have open kitchens with oversized american refigurators to get your ice for drinks. Kitchen appliances are avaiable for up to eight people. Master Bedroom The airconditioned masterbedroom is located on the first floor with it's own bathroom with spa bathtub, and ultilizes a flatscreen tv with dvd entertainment system in the masterbedroom itself. Guest Bedrooms The White Houses each contain two airconditioned double guest bedrooms on the ground-floor level, each with plasma televisions and dvd entertainment system and private modern bathrooms. Included Services All White House villas have washing and drying machines. Cleaning and household services can be provided if wanted,(go to service link) Even in case of a power blackout. White House Villas are supplied with private back-up generator system.
Outdoor Living
Swimmingpool Each of the White House Villas has it's own private lap pool from where you can enjoy the Greek sun and beautiful views. Balconies The White House Villas each have a balcony with stylish outdoor teak furniture such as a big tableset for up to eight guests and a outdoor sofa set. From the balcony you can enjoy unique views from Crete's sea. Sports The White Houses Holiday Villa Complex consists out of three private holiday villas which have a shared professional Tenniscourt where you can enjoy your afternoon exercise with family and friends.
