The villa is brand new, can sleep 6/8. Has its own lovely swimming pool set in beautiful landscaped gardens an ideal place to enjoy a fabulous holiday
The House
Upstairs:
* Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony
* Double bedroom with balcony and integral bathroom.
* Twin bedroom with integral bathroom.
* All bedrooms have air conditioning
* All linen, towels and beach towels provided.
Downstairs:
* Bathroom
* Living room - with satellite TV, Stereo, DVD/CDR/MP3 player
* Garden room with double sofa bed and air conditioning
* Kitchen - fully fitted with gas cooker and grill, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle all cooking utensils plus cockery for 8 people.
* Fresh chilled drinking water machine.
* Dining area
Outside:
The garden is beautifully landscaped and makes a perfect place to watch the butterflies and beautiful birds, whilst enjoying a nice cold drink.
We have ample garden furniture including sun loungers and chairs. There is also a covered bamboo house for eating al fresco.
There is also a Lotus pond which goes around half the house, with access from the garden room over a wooden bridge
We have a lovely swimming pool 8 x 4 metres with Roman steps, a great place to cool off on those hot days.
Staff:
The staff, Swedish Peter and Thai Joy, live in the bungalow at the bottom of the garden.
Both speak English and they can:
* Arrange trips and transport
* Organise laundry
* Advice on trips and local sites
* Act as translators while dealing with local traders
Location
The house is situated only 4km from the Airport.
There are two beaches, Nai Yang and Nai Thon, which are only 2km from the house.
