This stunning ground floor apartment is furnished to a very high standard with a vast east and south facing sunny terrace, private, secure garden and large decked BBQ area. The views of the coast are stunning. Situated in the tranquil La Resina Golf and Country Club with its 9 hole golf course and gymnasium. It is located in between the typically Spanish towns of San Pedro and Estepona, both of which have popular weekly markets. Both the beach and Selwo Aventura Safari Park are only a few minutes away by car.
The apartment has a large entrance hall with a spacious lounge/dining area which leads out onto a huge double aspect (south and south-east facing) terrace (144 sq mtrs) with tables, chairs and sunbeds. How to get there
Fly to Malaga - Estapona is only a 40min drive. E15 Toll Road or N340 / A7 for Algerciras
Selwo exit on the N340 / A7 Exit 163kms. Look for the BIG Tiger billboard advertising Selwo Avenutra Safari Park. Go over the firts small roudabout near the 'Pink Restaurant', go up the hill to the next roundabout and take the first exit off, then look for the signs to 'Lunymar Golf'. Pass the houses on the left and round a left hand bend, continue to follow the road and signs to 'Lunymar Golf' until you get to the small roundabout for La Resina Golf and Country Club - go through the archway and tell the security gaurd you are staying at 'Lunymar Golf@ take the next left and go up the incline and the development is at the top with fabulous views!
