This compact studio apartment, offers comfortable and pleasantly furnished accommodation. The kitchenette area is well organised, providing a two ring hob, combined grill/mini oven and washing machine. There is also a fridge and most other domestic appliances.
The apartment enjoys the benefit of a private balcony with views of the pool, surrounding area and the La Mata Salt Lakes.
There is a very good supermarket within walking distance of the apartment offering, fresh foods, groceries and all common household items. It is a 5 minute walk downhill from the apartment. There are also a number of shops and restaurants in the town centre of Torrelomas, nearby, including a pharmacy and a bank.
Car hire is recommended for convenience and to be able to fully explore the area. However, Torrevieja is a short distance away and is easily accessible by bus and the bus stop is a 15 minute walk downhill from the apartment with a regular bus service into La Mata and Torrevieja. Torrevieja has a fine harbour, many restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops. There is a market every day along the shore front and there is an excellent indoor market every Friday.
The beach is approximately a 15 minute walk downhill from the apartment and has a number of bars and restaurants along the promenade, with the promenade being floodlit in the evening.
N. B. Because the apartment is in an elevated position, providing the occupant with fine views, it should be noted that the ascent on foot, to the apartment, may not be suitable for the elderly, infirm or young children. Also, because of the elevated position of the apartment, the return distances i.e. the walk back from the beach and the supermarket will be more than the times quoted for the distance to them.
As regards price:
? Low season rental, effective from the 1st week in October to the Easter Holiday (up to day before Good Friday) = 200 Euros per week.
? High season rental, effective from the Easter Holiday (Good Friday) to the last week in September = 250 Euros per week.
? Please note this pricing is for the apartment (not per person).
? The rental also includes the managing agents providing an airport pick-up if necessary, but not an airport return. (They can arrange car hire for you, which would be extra).
? However, there is also a damage deposit of 180 Euros required, in cash, on arrival. This will be returned at the end of your holiday subject to satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
