You can really enjoy a Torrevieja Holiday Villa, Villamartin Square is one of the many local attractions and only about 5 minutes drive from the villa. With a multitude of bars and restaurants it caters for just about every possible taste. Nesting in the trees in the centre of the square is a colony of wild parrots!

Torrevieja, This town is approximately 20 minutes drive and is excellent for shopping. If you like to barter, why not try the Friday evening market. It is also an old fishing town with it's own harbour and fishing fleet is busy all year round. You will find lots of shops, great restaurants, a large selection of bars and nightlife. Wander along the beautiful new Promenade of Torrevieja and enjoy the atmosphere of the evening craft market or sit at one of the pavement cafes and watch the world go by. Torrevieja has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine. The World Health Organisation recommends Torrevieja as having one of the healthiest climates in the world. This is caused by the combination of constant year round warm temperatures and the two huge salt lakes at the edge of town, rich in minerals. The natural salt lakes dry the air, therefore reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere, especially to arthritis suffers.

Living Room Contents: The ground floor is open plan. The Lounge area has 2 sofas satellite TV and a video recorder (should you wish to bring your own films). In the cupboard below the TV is a Play Station 1 with 5 games along with a compendium of traditional games. The dinning area has a good-sized wooden table and four chairs. There is also a down-stairs W.C. with washbasin. The air conditioning is situated at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe. There are patio windows leading to a good-sized terrace. The other bedroom has twin beds and a built in wardrobe. The main bathroom has a full sized bath with an overhead shower as well as a washbasin, toilet and bidet. There is a hairdryer available for your use.
Outside facilities: Through the patio doors at the rear of the villa is a very private patio. Hear you will find a B-B-Q, outside table with 4 sun chairs and a large parasol. Also in this enclosed open-air room you will find the washing machine. The swimming pool is communal and for the exclusive use of residents. As such it never gets over crowded. It is approximately 30 meters away from the villa. It is a good size, kidney shaped and has a linked toddlers pool. The grounds are planted with palm trees that are maturing nicely. Both children and adults alike will enjoy spending time here. The main garden area is fully enclosed making it very safe for children. It covers approximately 150 square meters and is gravelled.
Kitchen facilities: The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, hob, tabletop grill/oven, toaster and kettle. iron and ironing board.
