The Villa has three separate apartments all with sea views completely re-fitted in July 2003. Amenities include a private pool, half acre garden, table tennis, free parking, 10 minutes walk to beach & restaurants. Gorgeous quiet location, yet 5 minutes drive to Estepona Port (many restaurants, bars, supermarket/shops, cash machine). You will find this area completely unspoilt compared with other locations to the east.
Estepona is a Spanish sea-side town with no souvenir shops and a refreshing change from Benidorm or Torremolinos. Indeed, it is where the northern Spaniards go for their holidays! Stay in our villa apartments and you'll want to come back, and that's a promise!

A lovely, light south and west-facing holiday apartment surrounded by gardens and large sunny patio with traditional Spanish water fountain. The apartment has pool and sea views and offers a sunny living/dining room with open-plan kitchen. Master bedroom twin or double with shower room en-suite; second twin or double bedroom with own shower room. Both bedrooms also have direct access to patio.
The Palm Terrace Apartment (sleeps 6 max.) ID 61
Our 'premier' apartment is very spacious, offering an enormous master bedroom suite with dressing area and bathroom with bath and separate shower. The apartment has direct access to a private, sunny terrace with breathtaking sea views. The accommodation includes a southwest facing living /dining room with sea views, a fully equipped kitchen just off and door to a west-facing patio with views over gardens. There is a separate twin or double bedded room with own shower room.
Fittings
All our apartments have been newly decorated and furnished (July 2003), and we have worked hard to avoid run-of-the mill rental fixtures and fittings often found in other apartments. Instead, we hope you'll agree we offer a high level of style, quality and comfort that you would expect if you had your own holiday home abroad. Included as standard in every apartment is a microwave oven, dishwasher, gas hob, refrigerator, electric oven, hairdryer, foot spa, gas barbeque, TV / Video, CD / Radio, linen and towels (poolside & bath) changed weekly, ceiling fans and radiators. Your "home away from home" is waiting for you and invites you to experience the freedom and space of self catering with some of the amenities often found in 'Boutique' Hotels.
Winter Breaks
Estepona is one of the most southerly locations in Europe, enjoying some of the warmest weather. Instead of being cold, damp and a little miserable in the UK winter, why not try a long and inexpensive holiday here? The cost of food, drink, cigarettes, transport, dining out and practically everything else is cheaper in Spain and although it does rain sometimes, the temperatures are at least 5 degrees hotter. On New Years Eve last year, it was 15 degrees Celsius at midnight!! Worth thinking about?
Estepona Area
The area is full of interesting and exciting things to do and see. These include excellent golf courses, tennis, water sports, horse riding, fishing, walking, go-karting, para-gliding and even pool and snooker. Traditional bullfighting can be seen at the bull ring. A casino is located 20 minutes away and there are organized trips to watch the dolphins at play off Gibraltar. Arrangements can be made for day trips by coach to Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Seville and even Africa. Selwo Wildlife adventure park is 10 minutes from town.
Weather
On average the Costa-del-Sol is the warmest place in Europe with temperatures 5-10 degrees hotter than the U.K. (Celsius not Fahrenheit). It is normally a pleasant, dry heat.

Outside facilities: It has splendid sea and garden views from large southwest facing Terrace. A Spacious living/dining room. A fully equipped fitted kitchen. An enormous master bedroom with large bathroom with separate shower cubicle en suite. The half acre garden, has an eight metre pool, HEATED from late summer and shared by only two other flats. There is table tennis, a dart board & a communal washing machine.
Other activities:: Nearby activities (some seasonal) Selwo Safari Park is nearby. Dolphin Watching and deep sea fishing expeditions can be arranged at the Port. Golf at Estepona Golf; Duquesa Golf and Los Almendros (9 holes) are very close by. There are perhaps another 10 golf clubs within 20 minutes drive. Tennis courts at Forest Hills are open to the public. All beaches in Spain are also open to the public. Nearby the apartment are 3 lovely beaches with restaurant / bars and toilets. Horses can be hired at Cancellada; Go-karting is at Marbella; Polo can be found at Sotogrande; Bull-fighting & occassional concerts are nearby at the Estepona Bullring. There is horse-racing at Mijas part of the year including summer evenings (from 11pm). You must visit the Port of Estepona with its great choice of eateries & drinkeries. as well as the 500 year old town of Estepona with its twisty streets, cheek-by-jowl houses and lovely plazas; for the shop-till-you-drop try the havens of Puerto Banus/Marbella & Gibraltar for the adventurous Morocco is only a 45 min catamaran trip away. Within 30-50 minutes drive, you can visit Gibraltar; Marbella; Puerto Banus; Puerto Duquesa; the famous white villages like Casares, Gaucin, Manilva & Ojen; Another 10-30 minutes and Castellar de la Frontera; Ojen; Monda; Istan and Jimena de la Frontera come into view. For serious day-trippers, Ronda; Seville; Cadiz; Granada; Cordoba; Malaga and Jerez are all easy to get to, with excellent generaly uncongested roads. There is a good waterpark at Algerciras and another near Fuengirola as well as Tivoli World, Sealife and a Crocodile Park for the children all in the Malaga direction. Go for drives & picnics in the countryside or simply laze around by our pool admiring the sea view.
