This two bed roomed apartment is front line to the Segura river with beautiful views down the river and out over open countryside. Situated just 5 minutes walk into the splendid town of Guardamar and 15 minutes walk to the wonderful country park sand dunes and Blue Flag beaches. The whole area is a protected conservation area and has an abundance of wildlife. The marina is just a 15 minute stroll down the road alongside the river which also takes you to the country park

 

 The apartment has two bedrooms one with a double bed and bedside cabinets with lamps and a built in wardrobe. The other has 2 single beds a bedside cabinet with lamp and a double wardrobe. The lounge is comfortable furnished with a dinning area.

 

The apartment complex is protected by security gates and a telephone intercom system. There are two lifts which will take you to the 2nd floor apartment. The medium sized swimming pool has a large sunbathing area. If you are a real sun worshiper try the rooftop solarium and enjoy the views across the open countryside and along the river.

 

Facing the apartment is the Segura river and open countryside. There is a road alongside the river which will take you to the marina, Country Park, sand dunes and beaches. If you like to fish there are plenty of spaces to drop in a line. If you take your car you can drive into the Country Park and picnic in the pine forest and sand dunes where there are ample parking spaces.

 

The walk into the town of Guardamar behind the complex takes just 5 minutes. Where there are plenty of shops bars and restaurants. There is a church and the Town hall in the square. From here take a stroll down to the country park, Renio Sophie park, the sand dune and beaches. The sand dunes of Guardamar are a designated conservation area and lead down to the beautiful beaches that stretch for miles. The whole area is protected and is an area of natural beauty. All of this is just a few minutes walk from the apartment..  

 

The town at night is very pretty and is well lit. For a romantic meal try one of the many first class restaurants that are scattered around the town and take a walk around the harbour.

The municipal Marina de las Dunas is a splendid addition for tourism in Guardamar del Segura. It is located at the mouth of the river Segura, in a unique natural environment on the eastern coast of Spain.
Transportation/Access: Guardamar is situated between the towns of Alicante and Torrevija. From the airport by taxi it takes around 25 minutes. Airport transfer can be arranged with the owner at 35 Euro each way by their English management company.
