Villa El Horizonte is situated in the Campo Mijas area overlooking the resort of Fuengirola. It is a quiet location yet is only 20 minutes from Malaga airport and less than 10 minutes by car from the resort and main coast road for easy access to all the amenities of the Costa del Sol.                    

The villa sleeps 10-12 in five bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and an ensuite full bathroom, bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and is next to the main bathroom, bedrooms 3 & 4 each have double beds and their own ensuite shower rooms with toilets, bedroom 5 has a double bed and sink, and shares the main bathroom. There is a large comfortable lounge (sleeps 2 on sofa/daybeds) with stunning views to the Mediterranean, and dining area for 12 and also a bar area. From the dining area there are mountain views and a raised outside terrace from where the evening sunset can be watched. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine, 28" satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system.

Outside the villa has its own pool surrounded by a large terrace area with sun loungers, a large pergola with tables and chairs for alfresco dining, and a gas BBQ and sink. There is also an outside shower with hot and cold water. The pool area is hardily overlooked and has spectacular views over the resort to the Mediterranean and coast.

The villa is ideally situated for the many golf courses (& tennis) on the Costa and is also an ideal base for touring. Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Jerez, Gibraltar, Nerja and even Morroco can all be done as day trips from the villa. Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Cabo Pino are all a short drive away.

There are several restaurants less than 10 minutes walk from the villa and also a supermarket and pharmacy. A local bus service operates hourly, stopping outside the villa and delivering you to the centre of Fuengirola. For the energetic the town centre and beaches are about a 30 minute walk from the villa. The villa has central heating for winter months

Other Details: El Horizonte can accommodate 10 people in the 5 bedrooms and a further 2 if the sofa/daybeds in the lounge are used. Parties of larger than 12 are not accepted and no more than a total of 12 people may stay overnight at the villa Prices are self catering. A weekly change of towels and bed linen is provided. A welcome pack of basic foods & drinks is free of charge. Attached to the rear of the villa is a \\\\\\\"Granny flat”. This is at a lower level than the main villa and is occupied independently. It has no access to, or view of, the main villa or the pool area and terraces.
