 Beautiful terraced house, situated in the very centre of the peaceful and exclusive Urbanisation of "El Capistrano" (500 m to Nerja and 1 km. to its famous beaches).

The Villa, fully refurbished with first class materials and cheerful and comfortable furnishing, features on the ground floor a bright living/dining room with fireplace, doors to the porch and to the small private garden, a guest toilet and a kitchen, with highly modern features which include a vitroceramic cooker, granite work top, oven, large fridge and all the commodities necessary for everyday life for up to six people.

Both bedrooms in Villa Karen have either a terrace or a private balcony. In the picture, view of the gardens and the sea from the terrace of one of the bedrooms. The second floor features two double bedrooms, each of them with a large build-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (king size) and a small private terrace. From this terrace and the bedroom windows one can enjoy fantastic views over the gardens in "El Capistrano" and the sea.

The second bedroom, with two single beds (1,05 x 2,00) also features a typical small andalusian terrace overlooking the gardens. Safe.

The living area inside the house is approximately 92 m2, plus porch, plus small private garden, plus second floor terrace from the master bedroom and small andalusian terrace from the second bedroom.

The large living-room of this villa, with its comfortable sofas and the large fireplace, is the meeting point of the house. From here, you can go out to a cute porch and a peaceful garden where you will enjoy the beauty of El Capistrano In the living room there is a 21'' colour TV, with remote control, satellite dish and teletext.

The price includes cleaning twice a week and weekly change of linen.
