This modern duplex has a spacious living room with open plan kitchen, fully equipped with all modern appliances, large balcony with commanding views of the sea & Kalamar bay. All rooms are airconditioned. Sleeps upto 6 people at a time with three luxury bedrooms al l with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a guest wc at the entrence. Two bedrooms are on the second floor with indoor staircase. Two of the bedrooms have sea views and a very large balcony.
The duplex shares a large communal pool with fully landscaped gardens with plenty of space for relaxng.
Car not necessary while staying as its 400 metres to nearest beach club and 900 metres to village centre.

Kalkan area
Kalkan is an Old Town, a maze of small cobbled streets winding down to the harbour. The streets are lined with many old Greek and Turkish buildings covered with bougainvillea and are occupied by small boutique shops and restaurants offering a very authentic atmosphere.
Kalkan itself has a pebble beach where the water is clear blue and very refreshing first thing in the morning or mid-late afternoon. It also offers beach clubs that run free daily water taxi’s where you can take advantage of the beautiful stunning views, easy access to the sea and water sports available. All offering an excellent choice of food.
Kalkan has many places to eat or drink offering a variety of different types of food from typical Turkish cuisine and Mediterranean dishes.
The beautiful coastline surrounding Kalkan offers a great opportunity to explore the beautiful beaches of Patara to the east, Kaputas to the west as well as many historic ancient sites.
