Our property is a semi-detached villa with own pool and large terrace. Villa Cemkan offers a delightful, quiet setting on the hillside over looking Kalkan Bay. There is a private pool with excellent terracing, garden, balconies and roof terrace. The villa has a superb views from all rooms and terrace.
Our villa has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, which is equipped with cooker, dishwasher and a fridge. The lounge area has satellite TV and opens out onto a terrace overlooking the pool, complete with comfortable furniture. There are also sun loungers for use by the pool.The villa is equipped to sleep six in air-conditioned bedrooms. Towels and linens are all provided. The cost also includes weekly cleaning and a meet-and-greet service.
During the day Kalkan is a quiet sleepy village. You can wander round the maze of cobbled streets, stop at a cafe for coffee, apple tea or a cold Efes beer and just watch the world go by. At night Kalkan comes alive. It has over 120 restaurants serving a wide variety of choices with many offering roof terraces where you can dine under the stars and watch the sun set over the sea. After dinner you can relax in one of the music bars, stroll along the harbour or visit many of the quaint shops which stay open until very late. Kalkan has a bank, post office, doctors surgery, pharmacy, supermarkets and the usual array of shops selling jewellery, shoes/handbags, ceramics, paintings and carpets. Although it is without a doubt, the people of Kalkan who make this a very special place and have friends returning year after year.
Dalaman airport is an approx 2 hours drive. Antalya Airport approx 3 hours. Transfers from airport in air conditioned car or minibus can be arranged. We can also arrange car hire at excellent rates. When in Kalkan car hire is not essential as there is a good local dolmus service and taxis are plentiful and cheap.

We arrange transfers from/to the airport and cire hire with competitive prices. We can provide daily maid service with a small fee. All booking require 35% for booking deposit and ?100 GBP for breakage deposit.
