Family Vacation Villa Rental Holiday Home in Orlando Florida

Thank you for taking an interest in our fabulous Florida vacation villa close to Disney World in Orlando Florida. Our villa is located on the brand new development of Silver Creek which is set in a lovely conservation area surrounded by trees and is just a short 12 minute drive from Walt Disney World Florida - you can even see the Magic Kingdom fireworks over the tree tops from our pool deck. The vacation villa is privately owned by ourselves and was completed in December 2004. If you are looking for the perfect balance between all the excitement of the Disney & Universal theme parks and a peaceful location to relax and unwind at the end of a hectic day then our rental villa at Silver Creek will be perfect. We look upon our villa as a home from home and have tried to add everything that we would like while on holiday in Orlando Florida. Our holiday villa is available for rent when we are not on vacation in Florida ourselves. Just some of the amenities on offer if you visit our villa:-

Rainbows End* our fantastic 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, luxury Villa is set in the perfect location at Silver Creek. Minutes from Disney, Golf & Shopping but far enough away to find peace and tranquility. Plus only 1 hours drive from many beaches.

We are located in the Clermont area of Orlando, just 1 mile from the action packed US-192 and only 7 miles (12 min's drive) from Disney World and 20 min's from Sea-World. It is set in a peaceful location, is not directly overlooked and is the perfect place to relax after the hustle and bustle of all the shops and theme parks. We have a large Pool & Spa with an extended deck plus lots of extras to make your holiday Extra Special. A plentiful supply of Bed linens and Towels are provided. The Pool looks out over a wetland and wooded conservation area and the fireworks from Disney's Magic Kingdom can be seen in the distance over the treetops.

Just 2 minutes drive away are a 24 hour Wal*Mart & Winn Dixie supermarkets, a Post Office, Hairdresser, Pharmacy, Bank, Dentist and a Pizza takeaway plus many other shops.

If Golf is more your thing, you can find over 20 Courses within 10 miles of the villa and for all you Fishermen – you will be spoilt for choice with the all the local lakes, some just minutes away plus the Coast is only an hours drive away with lots of Big Game and deep Sea Fishing boats. Shopping Malls are plentiful and you will be spoiled for choice.

The Family Room

You will immediately feel at home and relaxed in our spacious carpeted lounge which is open plan with a vaulted ceiling. Full air conditioning plus a ceiling fan means even in the height of Summer, you can keep cool. Large patio doors keep this room light, bright and airy. Beautifully furnished to a very high standard it features: matching 2 seater Loveseat, Queen size 3 seater Sofa and an Armchair. Coffee table, reading lamps, ceiling light and end tables add to your comfort. A large Dresser full of Games, Puzzles and Toys guarantees no-one will ever be bored.

Multi Channel Cable TV (70+ channels) + DVD/VCR and CD Mini Hi-Fi system. We have added an extensive Film & CD library to suit all ages and taste. There is a Telephone Answer Machine from which all local calls are free - perfect for ordering Pizza after a hard day at the parks!!

The Family Room has lovely views out over the pool area and conservation. Patio doors lead out to the large covered Lanai (patio) and the main pool deck.

The Nook (Dining Room)

Fully tiled floor and situated overlooking the pool and the woodland through 2 large windows, it features a large top quality beech dining table with six thickly padded luxury chairs. A high chair is also available if required at no extra charge. Fully air-conditioned plus ceiling light. Additional seating for 2 guests are provided at the breakfast bar.

Kitchen

The Kitchen is compact but fully fitted and comes with a large glass top range style Cooker, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, huge Fridge Freezer with ice maker, Waste Disposal unit, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle, Pots, Pans, Glasses, Cutlery etc - everything you need to feel at home. From the kitchen a door leads out into the garage where you will find the Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing board plus Electronic Darts & Table Tennis.

Master Bedroom

The property has 3 bedrooms - the Master Bedroom has a King sized Bed that has a sumptuous thick Memory Foam Mattress Topper for a heavenly sleep. Matching bedside cabinets, dresser with mirror, Cable TV, reading lamps and clock radio complete the room. There is an En-Suite tiled bathroom with large double size Shower with seats, Hairdryer, Wash Basin & W.C. This bathroom features a lockable door that leads directly to the pool deck area, useful during the day as a Pool Bathroom (this saves wet feet trailing through the villa) There are plenty of Drawers and a large Walk in Wardrobe (closet) with loads of hanging space and a small Safe. There is a fold up Pushchair, Travel Cot and Highchair for toddlers in the wardrobe if needed. You will also find the bookshelves stocked with a large selection of Books, plus an extensive DVD & CD collection suitable for all ages. Plenty of Spare Bed linens and pillows are provided for your added comfort.

Second Master Bedroom

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size Bed that also has a thick Memory Foam Mattress Topper added for a blissful nights sleep and has matching bedside cabinets, large dresser with mirror plus Cable TV with DVD Player, reading lamps and clock radio. There is plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for all your clothes. Again, lots of spare pillows and bedding are provided in the Wardrobe (closet)

A large tiled en-suite Bathroom with His 'n' Hers vanity unit, Double Shower with seats, W.C, hairdryer and scales complete this room.

Third Bedroom

Bedroom 3 has Twin Beds – both have Memory Foam luxury Bed Toppers added. There is a built in closet with extra bedding & pillows. Matching Lamp, bedside cabinet, large double Dresser with Mirror, Cable TV and a PlayStation 2 console with two controllers and a selection of Games feature in this room. The PS2 doubles up as a DVD & CD Player. We have added a large selection of girls & boys Dressing Up Clothes for a variety of ages - perfect for all those character Breakfasts and Dinners!! This feature is a great hit with the children. We purchased a Spongebob Squarepants fold up table and chairs for the children to have somewhere to sit and draw, colour or play games. You will find this in the closet along with crayons, books and a toy box full of dolls, cars etc. This room has use of the tiled family bathroom, which features a Tub (bath), Shower, Wash basin and W.C.

All the bedrooms feature deep pile carpet and are fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans as well for added comfort. All the bathrooms feature tiled floors.

We have a Travel Cot, Electronic Baby Monitor, High Chair, Pushchair and kiddie toilet seat available free of charge, if required. Plus ‘night lights’ dotted around the villa for the smaller ones that like to keep lights on at night.

The Pool Area

With wonderful views across the trees and not overlooked – this is the perfect place to relax day and night. Planting down each side of the pool screen adds to both the views and privacy. The pool is larger than standard at 30' x 15' and has a luxury Spa (Jacuzzi) built into the corner. The extended deck has plenty of room for sunbathing. The Pool area is fully screened by fine mesh to keep insects and animals out. The screen in no way affects a good sun tan! For those traveling with young children you will be pleased to know that there is a 4' safety fence between the pool and the main building - this is removable if not required plus the patio door is alarmed. The pool can be heated if required and is recommended from Nov to March – a pool blanket on a roller ensures the pool keeps hot over the cooler months. Sun loungers and a Patio Table and Chairs are provided plus a large Sun Umbrella. There is a covered lanai (patio) complete with ceiling fan and light for those who prefer some shade and lovely views to the rear of the property. The pool features underwater lighting for that night time dip on your return from the theme parks, or why not relax in our hot bubbly Spa with a glass of wine and watch Disney's Magic Kingdom fireworks over the tree tops.

Rental Rates For Our Florida Vacation Home

We hope you will find our rates to be very competitive as we are only renting out our villa to help cover our running costs.REMEMBER our prices are for the villa NOT per person and are fully inclusive of the 12% sales and tourist tax imposed by the state of Florida.

If you book now for next year we will take the booking based on this years rates.

Stays of less than 7 nights will incur a surcharge of £50.00 or $85.00 to cover the cost of cleaning the villa.
Stays of 3 weeks and over will receive a discount of at least 10% on the above rates - the longer your stay the bigger the discount.
All bookings will have a £150.00 or $225.00 security deposit added to the final invoice. This amount will be refunded within 30 days of your departure from our villa as long as no damage has been reported by our Management Company.
