The accommodation comprises of a comfortable lounge with 27? TV/Video/DVD combination a portable music centre a view of the pool and direct access to the lanai. There are ceiling fan for your extra comfort.

A formal dining area is set off the lounge then into the well-fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen has all the fittings and appliances that you would expect from a villa of this standard.  

The fully enclosed pool area is west facing (sun from morning to sunset) equipped with chairs/table/loungers. A gas grill (BBQ) is in the undercover area for those lazy meals around the pool. There are mature shrubs and trees for privacy but not obscuring the lake view.

Master bedroom one has a King size bed, ceiling fan, TV and is en suite with a bathtub and shower, vanity unit and toilet. Master bedroom two also has a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan, own access to pool and en suite with walk in shower, toilet and vanity unit. Bedroom three is Disney themed. The twin beds have the latest design Disney bedding, Disney TV and Sony play station. Bedroom four is a delightful twin room with TV and VCR plus a pool view. Bathroom three is positioned between the twin rooms and has a bath with shower, toilet and vanity unit. All bedrooms have walk in wardrobes.

Please note that we only accept a minimum 14 day bookings for Easter and Christmas 

and these are charged at High season rates.

Pool heat is advisable especially in Winter months (November 1st to April 15th) 

to keep temperature at 81°Farenheit and will be charged at £17.00 per day.
