This privately owned villa is situated on a corner location with a lovely south facing aspect.
This ensures sun all day long over the heated pool which overlooks orange groves and fir tree forest.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and each room has ceiling fans for that extra comfort in the Florida heat .
Patio doors lead to a covered porch which is shaded. The pool is 30ft X 15ft and has lighting for those cool late night dips.
The large pool deck area has plenty of sun beds, lounges and a patio table and chairs are provided. The pool deck area is fully screened and totally fenced.
Also provided is a kettle BBQ for those late night meals
The villa sleeps 12, comfortably in its six bedrooms, The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed.
Remote controlled TV/VCR, walk- in closet/wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, shower and sink units with large mirrors with overhead lighting.
2 further full sized double bedrooms are connected to an en-suite bathroom fitted with bath, overhead shower, vanity units, large mirror and casement lighting.
A hairdryer is provided.
There are two further full sized double bedroom.
Bedroom Five and Six have two twin single beds. One has a remote controlled TV/VCR. Plus a Play Station 2 is fitted in bedroom five. This can also be used as a 2nd DVD player.
All the bedrooms have Ceiling Fans for extra Comfort.
Pool heating is recommended from 31 st October to the 31 st March, this is charged at ?100 a week should you request it.
All bathrooms have bath, shower, vanity unit, low line WC, mirrors and hairdryer with extra lighting above.
The fully equipped Kitchen has a 4 ring electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, blender and toaster. Fitted double sink with garbage disposal unit. Other smaller appliances along with all necessary eating drinking and cooking utensils.
There is a breakfast/cocktail bar with 4 swivel chairs. The Dinning area has a formal dining table with seating for six.
The spacious living area has two new large comfortable sofas, remote controlled large screen cable TV together with a DVD/ VCR player, remote controlled CD/Radio/Cassette stereo
Telephone with free calls to the UK and coffee table which overlooks the patio and pool.
The Owner requires a security deposit of ?400 is required in case of any damage which will be returned to you two weeks after your holiday, provided no damage has occurred?
