Description A great condo at ground level in a small resort community close to just about everything yet set in a quiet location.
The condo has a spacious living room, dining area with large dining table, fully equipped kitchen, One king size bedroom one queen size bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has two twin (single ) beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living area and also a crib for guests with babies. The home is nicely furnished and decorated. It has a pleasant view to the rear of woodland and there is a small patio area at the rear.
The community has some great facilities to keep everyone amused. There is a small lake at the en of the street where you can sit and watch the local wildlife. The community has a clubhouse with small sundry shop and DVD hire. There is a games room and video game arcade, a community pool, sun beds, hammocks, bar b q area with large shady lanai, fitness room, floodlit tennis courts, basketball, sand volleyball and a great children's playground.
The community is located just off US 192 which are the main road with all types of shops, restaurants, minor attractions etc. There is a Super Wal-Mart store nearby.
The condo offers terrific value and is located centrally for easy access to the theme parks and all that Central Florida has to offer
