The Villa has 4 bedrooms (including 1 king size, 1 queen size and twin beds), 3 bathrooms (2 en suite), and sleeps 8 people with a bedroom and bathroom located downstairs.
The spacious rooms are beautifully furnished and the lounge is fully equipped with TV and a combination VCR/DVD. An intercom/entertainment system and full air conditioning is wired throughout the house.
The kitchen includes cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar, there is also a utility room with washing, drying and ironing facilities. All bed linen, towels, and hair dryers are provided.
The executive sized swimming pool can be heated and is very private with views of a pond and woodland. There is also a lanai (shaded patio area).
The Bridgewater Crossing community itself is well equipped with a large pool, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball, barbecue and picnic area. For the younger ones - a kiddies play area is just across the street.
There is a convenient 2 min walk to a nearby Gas station which sells food, drinks, and newspapers.
The Main Interstate Highway (I-4 junction 58) is five minutes away as is the Champions Gate Golf complex with its shopping & dining facilities
The large open plan Lounge has a 2 storey vaulted ceiling and doors to the pool area. The Dining Area seat 8 people and features a Breakfast Bar with access to the outside. The modern Kitchen is fully equipped including a large refrigerator, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and other appliances.
The Villa has a double garage at the front of the property and a swimming pool at the rear. The pool is fully screened and offers views over a pond towards part of the protected nature reserve, 165 acres of which border the Bridgewater Crossing community. A lanai offers outdoor shade for those who are not sun worshippers.

The Downstairs bedroom has a Queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Ideal for the less able who may have difficulty with stairs. The large Master bedroom has a king sized bed and features a walk-in closet as well as it own TV and VCR. It has an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The Twin bedroom shares the separate bathroom with the Childrens bedroom, which is decorated in a Disney theme and includes two beds.
One guest comment: Had a great break 30/3/05 - 20/4/05. Enjoyed every minute, great pool, great accommodation with all you could want. The pool not being overlooked was an added bonus and couldn?t get the kids out (even after a full day at the parks!!). The support from the management co. was first rate. Can?t wait to go back!
