We are located Gulfside on Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, approx. 45 minutes to Tampa and about 15 minutes south of Clearwater Beach. Sunset and Tiki are approx. 1000 sq. ft. , Castaway is 500 sq. ft. and Island Grand is our largest at 2100 sq. ft. Our holiday rental cottages are part of a four cottage complex located inside the 5th Avenue beach access, just ONE house off the beach, so there are no busy streets to cross or packed elevators to wait for. Three of our cottages are at ground level, so there are no stairs to climb, and you can get to the beach faster from our cottages than a condo. Getting everything to the beach is a breeze. Your reserved parking is directly in front of each cottage, so forget the quarters!. Just walk out your front door, down the beach access and you are ON THE BEACH ! Crabby Bill's , P.J."s and other fine restaurants and shops are all within walking distance.

Island Grand is our largest cottage and is a year-round monthly rental. All kitchen, bathroom and quality bedroom amenities have been provided. All cottage's are centrally heated and air-conditioned for your year-round comfort and are both smoke and pet-free environments.
